Hasbro Introduces New NERF and Transformers Toys for the New Year
The new year brings a fresh wave of playtime opportunities with Hasbro’s updated line of Transformers and NERF products. This update offers a plethora of battle-ready options for families, promising exciting and imaginative playtime for children.
NERF Shadowspeed Knight Sword
The NERF Shadowspeed Knight Sword, soon to be available, promises to elevate imaginative play with its detailed engravings on the foam blade. The foam blade and hilt provide safety while allowing children to channel their inner swordmaster. This toy, ideal for children aged 6 and above, offers opportunities for roleplaying both indoors and outdoors. It will be available at major retailers, including Walmart.
New Additions to the NERF Super Soaker Line
Two new items will join the NERF Super Soaker collection: the NERF Super Soaker Stomp & Soak and the NERF Super Soaker Hop & Chomp. The Stomp & Soak, designed for kids aged 4 and up, features a water-spraying jellyfish. Once launched into the air from its launch pad, the jellyfish sprays water from its top and sends water flying from its tentacles. Simply connect the launch pad to a working hose and let the fun begin!
The NERF Super Soaker Hop & Chomp, suitable for children aged 3 and up, features a shark sprinkler with two water jets. The chomping shark randomizes the water bursts, and an adjustable switch changes the water’s direction. This toy encourages kids to stay active while keeping cool on a warm day.
New Transformers Smash Changers and Transformers Prime Changers
Hasbro’s Transformers roster is also expanding with two new lines: Transformers Smash Changers and Transformers Prime Changers. The Transformers Smash Changers encourage children to change the toy from beast to robot form by smashing it on a flat surface and then rebuilding it. On the other hand, the Prime Changers line encourages rebuilding without smashing and adds additional accessories for more posing and imaginative play. These lines feature fan-favorites like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron.
New Additions to the Transformers Swapticons Collection
The Transformers Swapticons collection, designed for children aged 5 and up, is also growing. The mini action figures in this line can have their parts swapped to change their forms. Children can twist and swap parts with other figures in the line to create unique combinations. The collection is expanding with the addition of the Blackarachnia and Predacon Tarantula set, the Terrorsaur and Lazorbeak set, and a 5-pack Dino Mission set. Each set will be sold separately and exclusively at Walmart.
