The gift card may be used, up to the balance of the card, to purchase goods at participating Five Guys restaurants. It is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. To redeem in store, present the gift card to the crew member.

To use online, go to order.fiveguys.com/ to begin the ordering process. Under the Payment Method section, select “Add a New Payment Method” and choose “Five Guys Gift Card”. Enter the full 19 digit gift card number, followed by the four digit PIN, and then “Add Card”. The gift card funds should be applied automatically to the order. Any remaining balance on your order will require another payment method.
