DreamWorks Animation, a pioneer in the field of animated feature films, and the Association of Children’s Museums, a globally recognized organization promoting children’s museums, are joining forces to host Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days for the second year in a row.
What to Expect at Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days
Starting next month, a total of 64 children’s museums across the country will transform into the enchanting world of Fairylandia. Notable participants include Discovery Children’s Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Discovery Place Science in Charlotte, North Carolina. These MEOWseum events will immerse visitors into Gabby’s Dollhouse, a popular children’s show, with a variety of activities.
Engaging Activities for Children and Families
Children can expect a fun-filled day at the MEOWseum, with activities including a dance party hosted by DJ Catnip, a meet-and-greet with Gabby, and a “Find the Gabby Cat” scavenger hunt. They can also participate in engaging storytime sessions, promoting literacy and sparking imagination. The exact number of activities may vary based on the host museum.
Fairylandia Exhibit Schedule
The duration of each MEOWseum takeover is unique to each host museum. While some museums may host the Fairylandia exhibit for a few days, others might dedicate several days in a row to Gabby’s Dollhouse fans. Some locations, like Kids Discovery Station in Merced, California, and Keystone Kidspace in York, Pennsylvania, are scheduling the event for two successive weekends. These locations will also feature a large themed photo opportunity for visitors of all ages.
