In the world of digital collectibles, the trading card game (TCG) Vibes is making waves. We’ve heard that the beloved Pudgy Penguins are joining forces with their NFT counterparts, the Moonbirds, for an all-new expansion. This exciting development comes courtesy of Orange Cap Games, the creators of Vibes.
Orange Cap Games Unveils the Largest Expansion Yet
Named Birb & Pengu, this expansion represents the third and most extensive update for the Vibes TCG since its launch in late 2024. With an impressive addition of 195 new cards inspired by Pudgy Penguins, this collection brings new characters, locations, card types, and rare finds for players to discover. The expansion will be available for players to enhance their collections from June 18.

What to Expect from the Vibes Series 3: Birb & Pengu
Each pack of the Vibes Series 3: Birb & Pengu will contain 12 collectible cards, alongside a code card for Vibes Online, the TCG’s digital counterpart. The cards range in rarity, from base prints and foils to the highly coveted Sketch Cards, which feature reproductions of original concept artwork. Moreover, Series 3 introduces two new IP-specific finishes: Birb Foil, exclusive to Moonbirds characters, and Fish Foil, only available on Pudgy Penguins.
Vibes: A Unique Approach to TCGs
Unlike conventional, combat-based TCGs, Vibes takes a unique approach to gameplay. Players aim to collect huddles of characters to impress the central character, Baron Fishpockets. The first player whose huddle passes the “Vibe Check” and convinces Fishpockets to join their group wins the game. Collectors can acquire packs individually, bundled in 24-count booster boxes, or in all-new starter sets.
