What It Is
In this unique game, players try to match their socks to pack them away for summer camp. After shuffling the deck, players check the colors and patterns of the socks in their hands, pull a card from the Draw Pile, and ask other players if they have a sock of the same color or pattern. The game requires quick thinking and careful strategy, as players can’t ask for both color and type, and will lose their turn if they do.
Once players start finding pairs, they display their pairs and continue searching for others, avoiding the dreaded holey sock, which still needs to be displayed, but doesn’t count toward a pair. The first to pair five or six non-holed pairs (depending on how many players are present) shouts “Sock it to me!” and wins the game.
